APC Level Building Surveyor

Think Property and Surveying are working in partnership with a Building Consultancy in Birmingham who would like to appoint a Building Surveyor who is currently undergoing their APC and working towards RICS chartership.

This client is a large�property consultancy who have delivered an array of different services including property management, commercial agency, building surveying and project management. They have long-standing clients and have delivered projects here in the UK and also globally.�

The role

The role will include the following areas within a consultancy environment: Building Surveys, Defect Analysis, Dilapidations, Design Work, Reinstatement Assessments, Maintenance and Contract Administration.�

What they're looking for

The ideal candidate will have a full professional understanding of building pathology with commercial experience.�Consultancy experience would also be beneficial in this role. You will be dealing with key clients so you will be a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills. You will be either RICS chartership or currently working towards completing your APC.�
