With seven schools across the UK, Spaghetti Bridge supports circa 250+ students and 300+ staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Developer who wants to use tech for good in a collaborative and culture-led organisation.MORE ABOUT THE ROLE Joining a growing IT team, the Application Developer will play a key role in building innovative bespoke applications for internal users. You will work closely with key stakeholders with key stakeholders to understand their needs and translate those into efficient needs with a focus on user experience. The successful candidate will be a proactive Developer with an understanding of low-code platforms and an ability to drive process improvements within the business. This is a remote role with infrequent travel to their Southwest offices. RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, test and deploy internal applications using low-code platforms like UI Bakery, Retool, Airtable and ZapierLeverage your knowledge of HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript to customer UI of applicationsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, focusing on streamlining processes through automationDevelop automated workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasksParticipate in entire application lifecycle from concept to deployment and supportYOUR PROFILE1-year experience of experience developing application using a low-code platformKnowledge of UX/UI design with knowledge of user interfacesUnderstanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS and/or JavaScriptAble to collaborate and build relationships with internal stakeholders to gather essential requirementsStrong problem skills with the ability to think criticallySALARY & BENEFITSUp to £40,000 per annumFully remote working25 days holiday plus bank holidaysCompetitive pension
