Do you want to work on the implementation of new business applications and new systems?Do you designing innovative new system processes?Then you could be a great fit for this Application Developer vacancy where you will work on delivering entirely new Microsoft Solutions using the Power Platform.You will take a lead role across the business IT applications team to introduce new technology, while striking the balance between maintaining system processes and building new innovation on the platform.You will work to expand and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with a focus on utilising Power BI reporting and dashboards. You will also develop and implement Power Automate workflows and Power Apps, as well introducing software development lifecycle processes for Power Platform initiatives.This role will give you the opportunity to build and accelerate innovation on the Power Platform, so you will have some good experience of working with Power Apps before with a good understanding of software design principles, backed up with application design experience. You’ll also have worked with Power BI and SQL.As Application Developer, you will:Take a lead on the development of new business applications and changes to existing apps using Microsoft Power Platform.Use Power Automate to improve business processes.Work on Power BI development and managementWork with Business Analysts and key stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into workable applications.Be a technical lead for Power Platform.You’ll be an excellent fit as Application Developer if you have:IT systems experience of helping to automate business processes.Worked on Microsoft Power Platform to help build applications using Power Apps.Exposure to Power BI to create reports and dashboardsExperience of working with internal stakeholders to identify their needs and translating them into business processes.If this looks a good opportunity, then a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 is on offer depending on experience, with great additional benefits.
