Contract: Temporary (5 months, possibly extended) starting May 2025
Salary: £12.21 per hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £12.82 per hour thereafter

Key Responsibilities:

  Operate heat press machines
\n
• \n
  Pick and pack orders with great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
\n
• \n
  Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
\n
• \n
  Assist in our busy production area and support team members.
\n
• \n
  Perform general factory duties, including lifting and physical tasks.
\n
• \n
  Ensure high standards of production and quality control are maintained.
\n

Ideal Candidate:

\n

\n
• \n
  Previous experience in a factory or production environment is preferred.
\n
• \n
  Knowledge of print and/or heat press operations is an advantage.
\n
• \n
  Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality results.
\n
• \n
  Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
\n
• \n
  Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills.
\n
• \n
  Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Working Hours & Shifts:

  3 days per week (37.5 hours)\n
\n
• \n
  Shift patterns available:
\n
• \n
  Sunday to Tuesday from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM
\n
• \n
  Wednesday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM
\n

Pay:
