Salary: Circa £35,000 DOE + 20% annual bonus

Job Summary
As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients using our proprietary software applications.
You will troubleshoot technical issues, resolve software-related problems and ensure smooth operations of our applications. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality and deliver exceptional customer service.
You'll work closely with Service Desk and Service Management to resolve incidents within SLAs and undertake Problem Management.
Accurately document and track support cases, including issue details, resolutions, and communication for future reference in our ITSM Tool ServiceNow and proactively identify operational problems and contributes to their resolution
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Proven experience in IT application support with an ability to triage issues with a focus on integration and monitoring is essential.
You'll have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
A good working knowledge of Salesforce and an understanding of API technology is desirable.
Strong written and oral communication skills including demonstrable ability to communicate technical concepts and their business benefits to a non-technical audience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Scale of the role
This is a technically oriented role, providing application support to the Belron Business users. It reports to the Lead Development Manager and supports upward of 20 applications and their integrations.
