Applications Product Specialist

CK Group are recruiting for an Applications Product Specialist to join a diagnostics company working field based in South Wales on a contract basis for 9 months.Salary:Daily £200-£230 PAYE or £265-£305 UmbrellaApplications Product Specialist Role:Be responsible for providing application, technical or scientific support to internal/external customersHandle customer enquiries from the acceptance of application product problems through to case resolutionTo deliver sustainable solutions for support casesDeliver customer trainingProvide on site support activitiesYour Background:- Degree educated (relevant biomedical discipline)- Previous experience of working in a hospital / research laboratory (strongly desired)- Proven track record of troubleshooting experience (desired)- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools (advantageous)- Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with working in a multicultural team environment (strongly desired)- Full UK/EU (or equivalent ) driving licence- Passport (required for overseas training).Company:Our client is a global pharmaceutical company with a major presence in the UK.
