The Role - Applications Specialist, Robotic Liquid Handling Systems

Following continued growth this market-leading organisation now seeks to recruit a customer focused Applications Specialist responsible for:

• Performing pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training
• Onboarding new customers by engaging teams in the launch
• Travelling to prospective customer sites, luminary sites and trade shows to perform presentations 
• Providing ongoing application assistance and support to end users

Your Background - Applications Specialist, Robotic Liquid Handling Systems

To succeed in this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate:

• Background working as a scientist or laboratory technician using DNA sequencing, tissue typing or similar
• Experience using automated liquid handling platforms and next generation sequencing (NGS)
• Automation experience, ideally script writing
• Ability to recognise and solve complex problems
• Ability to communicate and understand the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
