We're thrilled to welcome a passionate and motivated Cover Supervisor to join our team in Blackburn! You'll have the opportunity to work with KS3 and KS4 students, with a competitive daily pay rate of £85 to £100, depending on your experience, qualifications, and teaching expertise.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing classrooms in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring that students stay on task and follow the assigned work. This role involves overseeing lessons across a variety of subjects, maintaining discipline, and creating a positive learning environment.

• Supporting pupils within a classroom setting
• Provide a well planned, purposeful learning environment
• Use imagination to enhance learning experience
• Be observant and manage behaviour and distractions
• Collect in pre set work and return to the appropriate teacher
• Manage the classroom and keep pupils on task
