Appointment/ Schedule Manager - £50,000 per year
Talent 84 have a permanent vacancy for an office based Manager to work for a specialist utilities service provider in Wakefield.

40 hours per week
Mon Fri 8.30 am 5.00 pm
Job Purpose
To lead a maintenance planning team ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.
Reporting to the Appointment/ Scheduling Manager duties are varied and will include:
Overseeing the delivery of high-volume work streams of high voltage substation and asset inspections and maintenance nationally.
Managing and mentoring the planning team
Monitoring service metrics including response times, resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
Resolving customer queries
Resource allocation ensuring a 24/7 call out function
Client maintenance and inspection reports
Monitoring and controlling work in progress costs
Implementing improvement strategies
Implementing new services and improving existing ones to meet changing customer needs and market demands
Developing service standards, policies and procedures
Ensuring health & safety requirements are adhered to
Skills required:
Higher Level Engineering Qualification
Proficiency in asset management principles and practices
Knowledge of electrical systems, substation equipment and relevant industry standards
Project management experience
