Apprentice Contract Administrator



Location:�Stockport

Key Responsibilities:




  • Assisting in the administration of contracts for various plumbing and heating projects.

  • Supporting the contract management team in daily operations.

  • Helping to prepare, review, and maintain accurate documentation and records.

  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project coordination.

  • Assisting with scheduling and tracking project progress.

  • Handling phone and email inquiries in a professional manner.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.



Requirements:




  • Be in local travelling distance

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in contract administration and project management.

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

  • A strong interest in the plumbing and heating industry.



Qualifications:




  • Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Math.

  • Previous experience in an office environment or customer service is a plus but not essential.

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn on the job.
