Apprenticeship Assessor
We are looking to recruit individuals tobe responsible for coaching and mentoring apprenticeship learners working towards the successful and timely achievement of their apprenticeship programme, ideally with a knowledge of Apprenticeship standards.
We currently have vacancies within Engineering, IT, Business and Accounting. Candidates will have or need to develop a good working knowledge of EPAs, and will be responsible for overseeing the reviewing process, including the tracking of learner progress and liaison with employers. Our Coaches require excellent communication skills, representing the college to employers, and also working collaboratively with our internal curriculum teams.
As the role requires visiting and observing Apprentices in the work environment a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferable.
Salary: up to £27,968
Hours: up to 37 hours per week (part time applications will be considered)
Annual Leave: 30 days, plus bank holidays, plus Christmas closure
Tenure: Permanent
