Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £44,112 per annum. Plus generous benefits including:
• 50 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays and efficiency closures)

About the role
You will oversee day to day operations to ensure that all apprentices and stakeholders have a professional and high quality experience with us, leading to outstanding outcomes consistent with the strategic aims and objectives of the College.
You will lead a team of Assessors and Administrators, providing all the support, training and development necessary for high levels of achievement for our Apprentices.
About the person
You will be proactive and well organised, with a thorough understanding of Apprenticeships Funding guidelines and effective quality assurance of apprenticeship delivery.
You will be able to demonstrate significant successful experience in Apprenticeship delivery.
Must have leadership experience and able to manage, motivate and inspire good working relationships with the team and all stakeholders. Experience of monitoring and tracking team performance, delivering effective CPD to ensure high quality provision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships with curriculum managers and their teams to improve qualification and achievement rates.
