We required a fully qualified and experienced electrician with excellent fault finding capabilityMainly foot mobile, but must have clean driving licence for occasional work outside of Central LondonCustomer facing so must have excellent spoken and written EnglishWe are NICEIC approved with a good customer base, but we need an enthusiastic person who will help us to grow our business.As a general guide we cover:Electrical InstallationsMaintenance
Reactive and PlannedElectrical Installation Condition Report (fixed wiring)Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)Intelligent Lighting/Lighting DesignEmergency Light Installation, Monthly and Annual TestingCCTV Installation and Maintenance (including IP)Fire Alarm Installation and Biannual TestingData and Voice CablingAccess Controls (electronic door entry)Advice on Electrical Energy Saving SolutionsThermal ImagingPower AnalysingElectric Vehicle Charging PointsTraining would be given where necessary if skills are lacking in any of the above areas. Any other expertise that you have and could be offered to our customers would be an advantageSalary commensurate to experience, plus a Zones 1 & 2 travel card and 28 days holiday to include public holiday.
