What You'll Do:

• Work in our SEN Schools, addressing needs in Communication and Interaction, Cognition and Learning, Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties, and Sensory and Physical Needs.
• Collaborate with class teachers and therapy teams to help each child achieve their goals.
• Gain hands-on experience with mild to severe learning difficulties, verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, ASD, and complex medical needs.
• Participate in all tasks, including personal care, with a willingness to learn and grow.

Why This Role is Perfect for You:

• Ideal for those aiming for a career in occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, or SEN Teaching.
• No prior education or training in SEN or Healthcare is required, though it's beneficial.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong understanding of supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Experience with SEN is a plus.
• Training in PECS, Makaton, manual handling, and hoisting is desirable but not essential.
• Adaptability, motivation, and initiative.
