Arabic Speaking PA - Hammersmith - £35,000
My client, a luxury property investment & development firm with a portfolio across Europe, The Middle East, Africa and the Americas, are seeking an Arabic Speaking Personal Assistant to the Senior Director.

Duties:
- Serve as first point of contact and gatekeeper to the Director
- Diary / Travel / Expense management and chase management of important tasks and deadlines
- Attend board meetings with management, take minutes and distribute information
- Prepare and review months reports, presentations and correspondence
- Database management and filing documents
- Proofread and translate documents from Arabic to English and vice versa
- Work closely with the manager to ensure the business complies with legislation and regulations
- Support the Director with UK project management ensuring deadlines are met
Experience Required:
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English
- Experience in an administrative / PA role
- Experience in the property industry is desirable but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, proactive and organised
- Highly adaptable and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Hours: Office Based Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm
Salary: £35,000
