Architect - EN11

We are looking for a senior architect / technician , who is an all rounder designer , technically experienced in producing detailed constriction drawings.

The candidate should have job running skills and be able to manage a small team with general office running and managing the workflow�

Be personable and be able to hold meetings with clients , goto site dealing with general site queries , understand contracts and be able administer standard JCT contracts

As stated location in Hertfordshire might be an issue as we do expect the candidate to be fairly local ( postcode EN11�
