Architect

You will contribute to the design and delivery of luxury residential projects, both new builds and refurbishments, in the Middle East. The candidate will work under the guidance of senior architects and project leads, contributing to all stages of the project, from concept design to technical detailing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design development of private residential buildings, ensuring well-considered spatial coordination.
Prepare detailed technical drawings, focusing on building massing, façade, and fenestration development.
Translate conceptual sketches into detailed general arrangement plans, coordinating with furniture layouts and client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and project management to ensure seamless project delivery.
Engage with overseas regulations and planning requirements, ensuring compliance.
Travel to overseas sites and meetings as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
RIBA Part 3 qualification (or international equivalent) preferred, with approximately 3-5 years post-qualification experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of drawing standards.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under the guidance of senior architects and project leads.
