Our client, a 26 strong long-established Architectural Practice, based in the heart of London are looking to appoint a talented Architect.
Your Role:
You will be a pivotal part of the team, working closely with the Associate. Your responsibilities will include participating in client meetings, managing the day-to-day aspects of the project, and providing guidance to junior staff involved in the project.
Key Project Information:
Working on commercial office schemes in the City of London, across all RIBA stages using Revit.
Your Profile:
Must be an ARB registered Architect.
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the UK building sector.
Experience in commercial office projects is a big plus, but not a deal-breaker.
Strong skills in Revit are essential.
Excellent communication abilities and client-facing skills.
NBS Specification Writing is highly desirable, but not essential.
An interesting in working on listed, conservation projects is highly desirable, and our client would offer the support and opportunity to becoming AABC accredited.
