Project Architect - London
Brilliant opportunity for a qualified Architect to take the lead on some fantastic London based schemes as a Project Architect.
Having established themselves as a practice over the past 10 years you'll be joining a well formed small but growing office. The size of work they undertake typically values in the £10 - £20m range and is across varying sectors including commercial and residential.
The current need within the team now is an Architect who can positively impact projects across all RIBA stages including site and coordination of the delivery. You'll be client facing so will enjoy those duties with a track record of previously performing well with such responsibilities. It's not all technical work though and an innovative design mind will help you stand out.
The practice uses Vectorworks and NBS software so it's desired that you have previous experience on those. Please do apply still if you haven't used these but are willing to learn.
On offer is a permanent contract with a salary likely between £45,000 - £55,000. The role is office based however they do offer the option to work a 9-day fortnight should that be desirable
