A leading architectural firm in Chelmsford is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect to join its innovative team in Chelmsford. The firm is well-known for delivering cutting-edge projects across various sectors, including hospitality, residential, and healthcare. With a strong focus on building lasting client partnerships, this role presents a unique opportunity for an accomplished architect to contribute to a portfolio of high-profile, impactful projects.

The Architect will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality design, a keen eye for detail, and thorough knowledge of UK building regulations.

Responsibilities, Skills and Experience for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered.

• Sufficient post Part 3 experience in a UK-based architectural practice.
• Demonstrated success in delivering hospitality projects, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, and technical specifications for joinery, electrics, and finishes.
• Lead and oversee hospitality design projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers, including conducting site visits and reviews.
• Confidently manage projects independently and within a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with construction detailing and preparing technical documentation.
• Must be based in Chelmsford.
