We have a new Architect role now available in central London. In this role, you'll dive into a range of projects, with a strong focus on high-profile sports and leisure developments. As an architect, you'll have the chance to shape exciting stadium projects and community-focused builds both in the UK and internationally. This is an opportunity to bring your creativity and technical skill to meaningful projects, contributing to spaces that engage and inspire on a global stage.
The practice has a small but highly skilled team in London, supported by resources from its Manchester office. Specialising in stadium developments and community-focused projects, they offer unique opportunities to work on inspiring, large-scale builds with a real positive impact on local communities. They are now seeking an Architect or experienced Part II to join the team.
Role & Responsibilities
Work through all RIBA stages from concept to completion, with current focus on stages 1-3
Use Revit on a daily basis
Prepare and develop drawings, models and images, and other documents related to design
Produce detailed technical construction information on projects
Liaise with clients and display clinical engagement skills
Report to the London Director.
Required Skills & Experience
Part III qualified or Part II with at least 2 years of relevant project experience
Experience on larger scale complex projects
Experience in the sports/leisure sector is advantageous
Strong Revit skills essential
Experience across all RIBA stages with recent experience on stages 1-3
Be presentable and confident with both client and contractor-facing responsibilities
Excellent English, both written and verbal + eligible to work in the UK
Knowledge of UK planning and construction regulations.
