Offering an attractive hourly rate of �35-�40 per hour Umbrella , this is an incredible opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to exciting projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilise your expertise in Autocad and Revit to produce high-quality designs and drawings.
• Act as a Contract Administrator for JCT contracts, ensuring adherence to specifications and project timelines.
• Take on the CDM Principal Designer role, providing guidance on health and safety aspects.
• Demonstrate your in-depth knowledge of construction details (RIBA Stage 4) and prepare accurate contract documents.
• Previous experience with listed building/conservation projects is highly desirable.
