Are you an�Architect�with a minimum of two years of post-Part 3 industry experience and a fervent passion for sustainability? Our award winning client is looking for a driven individual to join their innovative team in Newark

THE ROLE

As an�Architect�you will work under the guidance of Associate Architects or Company Directors. Responsibilities include producing high-quality production information, managing client communications, and ensuring project deadlines are met. You will also be involved in creating documents, drawings, schedules, and promotional materials. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the design process from RIBA Stage 1-5.


• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned tasks.


• Collaborate with Directors and external consultants.


• Ensure compliance with company standards.


• Attend internal and external meetings.


• Engage with Local Authorities during the planning process.


• Produce detailed specification documents and construction drawings.


• Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality service.

THE CANDIDATE

Our ideal�Architect�will be enthusiastic and dynamic with a determination to deliver quality projects and have the following skills:

• RIBA Part 3 qualification.


• Minimum of two years of industry experience post-Part 3.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit with a good understanding of BIM.


• Strong technical skills and design software proficiency.


• Effective self-management and critical thinking skills.


• Excellent time management and organisational skills.


• Keen attention to detail.


• Proactive commercial awareness.


• Strong self-leadership and communication skills.
