Salary: �35,000- 48,000 dependent on experience

The successful Architect will have a few years of post-qualification experience being proficient in Revit, with experience across a range of projects.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB Registered
• Upwards of 5 years of post qualification experience in a UK based architectural practice
• Strong technical abilities
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Job running experience
• Be able to work well within a team environment as well as independently
• Diverse portfolio of projects in a range of sectors
• Experience across small - large scale projects
• Attentiveness to detail
• Driven to keep up to date with latest software, designs and environmental issues
• Proficiency in Revit
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ideally you will live locally to the Durham area
