Part II Architectural Assistant Job in Wandsworth, London**Part II Architectural Assistant job now available in Wandsworth, London! This role will see you working on a Grade 2 listed hotel project based in London and various private residential and commercial projects! Immediate hire required!Established in 2009, as an RIBA Chartered Architect Practice, our client offers a full range of architectural and interior services from initial concept through to completion on site. With a strong portfolio of projects across private residential, hotel, workplace and health clubs in both new build and refurbishment, including listed buildings. Recently Qualified Architects and Architectural Technologists will also be considered.
Role & ResponsibilitiesTo work on a grade 2 listed hotel project located in London from stage 4 through to completionYou will also have the opportunity to work on various private residential and commercial projects throughout London across all project stages Coordinate with engineers, design team members and Interior Designers throughoutReport to the directors on your progress Manage clients and attend site. Required Skills & ExperienceMust be Part II qualified with a minimum of 1 years PQE, or recently Part III qualified Have a minimum of two years UK project experience Skilled in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp Revit knowledge is desirable as the practice will be using this software from early next year Good understanding of planning and UK building regulationsStrong understanding of construction technologies and Passivhaus Ideally have experience throughout all RIBA stages Must have strong experience in delivering RIBA stage 4 tender packagesListed building project experience is very desirable Must have worked on private residential, hospitality or high-end commercial schemes in the UK.
