Advanced Recruit are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join an established company in Kingswinford.



As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various architectural projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the design meets all requirements and specifications.



Duties:




  • Develop 2D architectural designs and drawings using AutoCAD.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project

  • Create detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and sections

  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility

  • Coordinate with engineers and other professionals to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into the design

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements

  • Review project specifications and make necessary adjustments to meet client expectations

  • Prepare presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.



Requirements:




  • Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role Worked with mild steel and stainless steel.

  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD.

  • Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and systems design

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and team members

  • Experience in project management is a plus

  • Ability to travel nationally at times when required.
