Seeking both Intermediate and Senior



Project undertaking





  • - �Competent to undertake project technical delivery with Senior guidance. Projects to be delivered to the high standard expected by the Company, assisting Senior team members or independently where necessary.




  • - �To have good communication and organisation skills.




  • - �To advise the Directors of issues/problems before they develop in connection with�Projects; technical issues. To make suggestions on remedial actions required.




  • - �To Project the image of the Practice in a professional manner, and at all times to act as a�Technician / Technologist..




  • - �To exercise reasonable skill and care at all times.




  • - �ACIAT, minimum working to MCIAT ideally.




  • - �Autodesk Revit, BIM Level 1 minimum working to BIM Accreditation.




  • - �Autodesk AutoCAD LT, competent.




  • - �Microsoft office, competent.
