Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• A relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
• Extensive UK-based post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop is beneficial
• Must be located near the Hertford area
• Create detailed technical drawings in close collaboration with the architectural team
• Work closely with the team to ensure client briefs are met to the highest standards
• Manage project workloads and meet strict deadlines
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
• Contribute to an environment where innovative and creative design solutions are encouraged
