This consultancy works within a range of sectors, with a primary focus on Ministry of Defence projects, as well as residential, educational, and commercial developments. Our clients project values are typically within the region of �5 million. Architectural Technologist Overview

• Working across all RIBA stages with a focus on stages 4/5
• Working on a range of projects at one given time, producing working drawings and specifications
• Reviewing/editing similar work drafted by others
• Creating Revit or AutoCAD models for use from the initial stage of concept design to construction
• Creating drawings for planning, building control, and construction issues
• On-site visits and liaising with contractors, offering technical guidance as needed

Architectural Technologist Requirements

• Proven experience with Revit or AutoCAD (Training can be provided on either software as and where required)
• 1 year's minimum experience required within an Architectural Technologist role
• Working in the office as well as at home
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Live within a commutable distance of Portsmouth
