Architectural Technologist - Contract Position

  • Role: Architectural Technologist
  • Location: Birmingham
  • Contract Duration: 6 Months Initial (Scope to be temp to perm if preferred)
  • Working pattern: In office (Flexibility for 4 days in office)

Company Overview:

Our client, a reputable architectural practice who are currently seeking an Architectural Technician to join them on a contract basis and will need someone for an initial 6-month period.

The practices work within various different sectors including sports & leisure, education, residential and industrial to name a few.

Role Overview:

As an Architectural Technologist, you will have a passion for high level technical detailing in a previous architectural practice using Revit. The practice is working on a varied range of domestic projects (high rise residential towers) that require assistance from stage 4 onwards.

Essential requirements

  • Proficient with Revit, creating models and families.
  • Strong technical knowledge from stage 4 onwards.

Additional Vacancy:

The practice is looking for an Architect to assist them with UAE projects due to an increase in workload, this will be working on the pre-concept and schematic design, requiring someone who is proficient with Revit for a 6 month initial period.
