Contract vacancy - Architectural Technologist - Kent
Rate: £28-32 p/h
Contract type: Outside IR35
Length: 6 month contract
About the Company: The client is looking for a experienced architectural technologist in the residential and educational sector, they need to be very proficient in Revit and be able to work both independently and collaboratively as a team to make sure project deadlines are met.
About the Role: Hybrid 3 days in office Outside of IR35 6 month initial contract Rate of £28-£32 prh
Responsibilities:
Working on residential and educational projects
Collaborating with the rest of the team
Stage 4 &5 technical detailing
Requirements:
5+ years Revit
Experience on a variety of projects (such as residential/ educational)
