Architecture Governance and Compliance Process Manager

Architecture Compliance Associate | Leading Global Investment Bank | Bournemouth (Hybrid) | £400 per day PAYE

We're seeking a Process Manager/Business Analyst to join our Infrastructure Platforms team.

This role focuses on managing architecture governance and compliance processes across technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage BAU activities for the Risk & Controls readiness program
• Track and maintain compliance documentation in Confluence and JIRA
• Run regular governance meetings and maintain accurate records
• Support technology development QA processes
• Handle information requests and ensure timely responses
• Produce status reports for senior leadership

Required Skills:

• Experience in application, data, and infrastructure architecture governance
• Knowledge of architecture, design, and business processes
• Experience in process management including optimization
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Project execution and program management experience
• Experience in risk, compliance and governance management
• Excellent attention to detail

Desirable Skills:

• Good level of education or equivalent experience
• Experience in leading collaborative teams
• Knowledge of TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks
• Understanding of technology architecture and technical processes
• Strong written and spoken English
