VERY SUCCESSFUL LIFESTYLE/ BEAUTY RETAILER SEEKS AREA MANAGER IN ESSEX AREA DUE TO CONTINUED GROWTH
My Client is a very successful lifestyle retailer with about 90 stores across the UK
Established for over 20 years , they are the market leaders in their field.
With business growing steadily , they have already increased their retail estate this year and have plans for further growth next year.
As a result they are now looking for an Area Manager in the ESSEX/ Kent Area.
The successful applicant will be looking after around 10 stores, and can earn up to �20,000 on top of the basic salary.
They will already have multi-site experience , with a successful track record in getting the best out of small teams.
They will understand how to analyse and use KPIs.
Training and motivating the team is obviously very important - this is a lifestyle retailer so you need everyone to be enjoying what they do as well as being commercially successful.
A full understanding of lifestyle retailing is not necessary, ideal backgrounds would be fashion retailing, salons, or hospitality/ leisure.
