Area Manager

Hoop Nursing & Healthcare are seeking an Area Manager, for a service supporting adults with ASD and additional needs, in the Conwy and Flintshire area.

As the Area Manager, some of the key responsibilities include:

• Responsibility�for ensuring support services within the area are managed
  
  to the highest of�standards


• Ensuring colleagues are well-managed and lead / manage�practice that promotes the safeguarding of individuals


• Playing a significant role in developing and maintaining positive
  
  relations with external stakeholders

Essential

• Must have the QCF Level 5 in Management


• Must be confident and�experienced in CIW standards


• Must be prepared to travel across counties�
