AREA SALES MANAGER EAST MIDLANDS

AREA SALES MANAGER - PET FOOD WHOLESALE - COVERING EAST MIDLANDS AREA - FULL TIME - PERMANENT - �37,000 TO �42,000 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)�

Our client are a forward thinking and Award Winning innovative and rapidly expanding family-owned business that have supplied Pet Trade customers for over 40 years across the area of East Anglia, are looking for a motivated and proactive Territory Area Sales Manager to join their expanding Field Sales team. Ideally located within and covering the territory area of East Midlands, Account Managing� and servicing our customers and striving for new business.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Sales Experience within the Pet Trade, with min 2/3�year as a Wholesale or Brand manufacture Area Sales Manager.


• Serviced and has experience in managing customers in the East Midlands Region


• Account Manage growth through range and pricing proposals negotiations.


• An ability to meet and surpass targets.


• Strong relationship and communication skills.


• Good administrative, organisational and time management skills


• A high level of self-motivation and proactivity.


• Any merchandising experience, whilst not essential, would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with our existing customer base.


• Working within a strong and established team.


• Be capable of planning and prioritising your territory to maximise customer requirements.


• Seek and secure all new business opportunities.
