Your tasks
You are primarily responsible for the acquisition of new customers, in particular:
Providing technical and commercial advice and optimising packaging and intralogistics processes
Hosting Customer workshops in our Packsize Solution Lab (PSL)
Preparation of offers and business case (ROI, payback calculations)
Conducting sales negotiations
You will work closely with Systems Engineering and our internal Sales Team and support projects through to implementation
You ensure that the target parameters are achieved in the sales area
You represent Packsize at various trade fairs
Your strengths
You successfully completed a degree in sales and/or marketing or industrial engineering, a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in a technical environment or have a comparable qualification
You have gained initial experience in B2B sales of complex products that require explanation, ideally in the field of intralogistics
You have knowledge of process optimization, packaging technology, fulfilment, eCommerce, logistics or similar
You are skilled in diagnostic selling and your work approach is analytical, structured, process- and solution-oriented
You are a strong sales personality with a customer- and service-oriented way of thinking
You are convincing and act confidently at all levels: from the managing director or operations manager to the purchasing department to the machine operator and the packer
You communicate confidently in English and enjoy intercultural interaction
You are experienced in working with MS-Office (Google Platforms) and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.com
You have a class B driving licence and are willing to travel frequently
You are well organised, work in a structured manner and enjoy working from home
Your excellent ability to work in a team and your strong "hands-on" mentality complete your profile

The website is hosted on a dedicated server of Hetzner Online AG, Stuttgarter Str. 1 in 91710 Gunzenhausen. The processing of the data sent by you therefore also takes place through these companies.
To whom is personal data forwarded?
Your application data will only be used in our company for application purposes. The data will not be passed on to third parties. When you submit your application, we check whether there are alternative vacancies in our company and also approach you about these vacancies.
How long will your personal data be stored?
Your personal data will only be stored as long as necessary, taking into account all applicable legal requirements. If you have applied to us and we would like to keep your personal data for future job advertisements, we will ask for your consent beforehand.
If we do not have your consent to keep your application for a longer period, your profile and personal data will be automatically deleted 180 days after your (last) application.
