Recruitment Solutions are proud to be working with one of the largest waste management companies in the UK.� Due to rapid and continued growth we are looking for an experienced�sales manager to join the team on a full time & permanent position based out of their office in Trafford Park.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of field-based BDM's
- Leading by example by prospecting, visiting potential customers for new business and developing relationships
- Mentor, coach and guide your team
- Delegate all inbound enquiries and assign to relevant rep
- Demonstrate perfect completion of client site risk assessments and site audits
- Participate in regional networking events
- Overachieve and record company KPI's and drive the regions pipeline
- Attend fortnightly/monthly sales meetings and sales visits
- Diary management and priority planning
- Come up with new ideas and ways of thinking to improve the overall performance of the sales team
- Self managing your own diary ensuring maximum productivity
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience in a Sales Manager role�
- Able to demonstrate previous success in a sales management role, particularly focussed on new business only
- Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Target driven, always pushing to ensure targets are exceeded
