Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager required to join a leading provider of mechanical engineering products.
The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager will be fully remote, responsible for selling and managing key accounts for Fluid Power / MRO products, primarily quick release couplings into various industries, via OEM customers, across the Midlands and North regions.
The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager will ideally have sales experience within the Fluid Power and or MRO industry, such as hydraulics, pneumatics, hydraulic hoses, couplings, valves, fittings, pneumatic cylinders, vacuum systems, compressed air, or similar fluid power / MRO related products.

Area Sales Manager/ Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager Role
  • Will be fully remote, responsible for selling and managing key accounts for Fluid Power / MRO products, primarily quick release couplings into various industries, via OEM customers, across the Midlands and North regions.
  • Manage and grow existing relationships selling various fluid power products such as hydraulics, pneumatics, hoses, couplings, valves, fittings, cylinders, vacuum, compressed air, or similar fluid power products.
  • Selling various Fluid Power and MRO products with demonstration, exhibition and negotiation to achieve targets.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments.
  • Fully remote, covering the Midlands and North of the UK

Area Sales Manager/ Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager Requirements
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Manager or similar within Engineering and / or Manufacturing.
  • Good sales experience within the Fluid Power and or MRO industry, such as hydraulics, pneumatics, hydraulic hoses, couplings, valves, fittings, pneumatic cylinders, vacuum systems, compressed air, or similar fluid power / MRO related products.
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable company.
  • A technical engineering qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous.
  • Full clean driving license, willingness to travel.
