Job DescriptionArea Sales Manager / Full time / Permanent / North London - South Midlands / £40,000My client, a leading interior brand, are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join their south region covering London and the surrounding counties. Within this role you will drive success and sales development within your assigned region and focus on sales strengths and weaknesses. As an Area Sales Manager you should also liaise with all relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and account development with different customers.Role and ResponsibilitiesMonitor performance and sales strategyDevelop sales strategies across the region to ensure ongoing achievement of sales targetsWork with senior management to agree sales strategy and continue to monitor performanceDevelop a close and strong working relationship with customers and suppliersKeep up to date with systems, orders and customer dataWork closely with any areas in the region that are struggling and focus on building customers in that geographical locationProvide high levels of quality service and build relationships throughout the regionEnsure customer displays and showrooms are maintained and developed in line with latest product launches and new stockMaintain sample stock levels and conditionPromotion of new product linesHave a strong presence at trade shows, exhibitions and eventsKey ResponsibilitiesMinimum of two years experience in a similar role for a brand within interiorsHave a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales plans and strategyStrong project management and problem solving skillsStrong skills within negotiation and objection handlingAbility to build positive and long lasting relationships with customers and colleaguesProactive nature with the ability to remain motivatedPackage£40,000 basic salaryBonus25 days holiday plus bank holidaysQuarterly team nights outSummer and Christmas partiesCompany car allocated with salary sacrificeLife insuranceArea Sales Manager / Full time / Permanent / North London - South Midlands / £40,000
