Job Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee sales activities within a designated region, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients. If you have a passion for sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets, we want to hear from you. Previous experience selling abrasives into a distribution network would be desirable.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.

  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and productivity.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and performance metrics.



Requirements




  • Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on achieving revenue targets.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance data.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to travel within the designated region as needed.

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

  • Driving Licence (required).

Schedule:�Monday to Friday



Supplemental Pay Types:
