Modulyss is expanding its UK sales team and is looking for a dynamic and skilled Area Sales Manager UK to lead project market sales efforts for our premium carpet tiles. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the project market and experience in the flooring, interior design, or construction industry.Responsibilities:Sales management: Oversee current contract sales and new account acquisitions in the assigned territory, aiming to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.Strategic planning: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies within your account portfolio to capture targeted market share.Relationship building: Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships at all levels within distribution accounts and prospects.Negotiation: Adapt and influence negotiations across all parts of the commercial contract chain.Brand promotion: Act as a brand ambassador for Modulyss, leveraging new market opportunities to promote our design offerings.Dealer channel support: Enhance commercial dealer channel strategies and relationships to maximize contracting opportunities and market coverage.Pipeline management: Manage day-to-day account activities and identify promising projects to maintain a robust sales pipeline.Internal collaboration: Build strong internal relationships with marketing, R&D, creation, and internal sales teams to facilitate information and experience exchange.Reporting: Report directly to the Sales Director UK/Ireland - Asia Pacific.Qualifications:University degree with a strong academic record.Proven track record in a B2B commercial role, especially in generating new business opportunities in a specification market through the A&D community and Design-Build project delivery.Familiarity with the distribution market and experience in the textile industry or carpet tiles is a plus.Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders.Positive, pressure-resistant, with a "Yes I Can" attitude.Permanent residence in the UK with a willingness to travel regularly.What We Offer:Join a high-performing team in a challenging and international environment.Enjoy working in a no-nonsense company culture that values autonomy and offers growth opportunities.Attractive remuneration package, including extra-legal benefits.If you are a driven sales professional with a passion for the flooring industry and a knack for building strong business relationships, we invite you to apply for the Area Sales Manager UK position at Modulyss.
