You have a plethora of product knowledge and experience with HVAC equipment and desire to work for a Global manufacturer producing market leading and award-winning heat pumps, using natural refrigerants (R290) and driving innovation in the HVAC industry.At Swegon, we are seeking a new Area Sales Manager (ACH) to join our External Sales department. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be on a remote working basis, located in Northeast/Scotland to be able to cover these areas.Position Summary:As the new Area Sales Manager, you will be required to develop and gain new business in the HVAC and Building Services sectors for Swegon ACH Business Unit. The purpose of your role is to increase the awareness of the Swegon brand within the UK and increase market share and grow sales of all product ranges.The role involves approximately 80% new business and 20% account management. You will be provided by the company resources for targets and sectors to be identified. Main duties and responsibilities:Promote the products and services offered by Swegon UK to the commercial building services sectorSell and promote products and services to end users, design consultants and mechanical contractorsWork towards and achieve planned targets Ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded, communicating effectively at all timesRespond to clients needs and requirements in a timely and efficient manner Provide an appropriate electronic or paper work audit trail that is in line with company standards and requirementsExperience:Minimum 3 years’ experience with B2B field salesAbility to demonstrate a proven sales track recordAbility to communicate well with engineering consultantsTechnical equipment sales experienceIdentifying sales opportunities and leads Client bookings and meetingsCapturing potential customer detailsIdentifying customer needs, requirements, and specificationsWhat happens next?If this sounds like you and you’d like to join our company, then apply now!About Swegon:We are partners for indoor environment solutions that work exactly as desired – adding value from project start to finish, and beyond.
