Our client is a leading distributor of large-scale impactor, crushing and screening plant equipment used within the quarrying industry. Due to continued growth, then are now looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover Scotland.
Responsibilities:
* You will deliver on the annual sales plan of mobile crushing & screening products by targeting existing and prospective customers
* Drive a pipeline of sales opportunities by maintaining a high level of customer engagement and activity with regular site visits and phone contact with existing and prospective customers.
* Building & maintaining relationships by engaging with customers in a positive and professional manner.
* Completing tender documentation and preparing quotations to a high standard.
Candidate:
* You must have field sales experience of selling equipment into the quarrying, aggregates or recycling industry
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
* Problem solving and decision-making skills.
* Good communication skills, both verbal & written, and people skills.
* A strong focus on providing the best customer service experience with an attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines by planning and managing your time and travel efficiently.
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team
