Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required to join a global leading engineering manufacturer.
Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will work remotely covering the South West UK and Home Counties responsible for developing existing key accounts as well as generating new business opportunities, selling valves, actuators, steam solutions , measurement and control systems in to various industries via OEM customers.
Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will ideally have a proven track record in selling or managing accounts for valves, pumps, hydraulics, fluid power, industrial water treatment, piping systems, flow meters, actuators, steam, compressors, or other related mechanical systems is also valuable.

£40,000-£50,000 depending on experience

Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Role
Will work remotely covering the South West UK and Home Counties responsible for developing existing key accounts as well as generating new business opportunities, selling valves, actuators, steam solutions , measurement and control systems in to various industries via OEM customers.
Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling valve products and solutions.
Maintaining new valve equipment sales with demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
Strong relationship building skills with OEMs and suppliers.
Fully remote covering the South West and Home Counties including South Wales, Bristol, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Worcester, and surrounding areas.
Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Requirements
Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Representative or similar within engineering.
Proven track record in selling or managing accounts for valves, actuators, pumps, hydraulics, fluid power, industrial water treatment, or similar equipment.
Experience with piping systems, flow meters, steam, compressors, or other related mechanical systems is also valuable. Full product training will be provided.
Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable global valves manufacturer.
A technical engineering qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous.
Full clean driving license. Willingness to travel across the South West and Home Counties, including South Wales, Bristol, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Worcester, and surrounding areas.
