Area Sales Manager

Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive required for a leading manufacturer of precision machinery.
Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive will be responsible for travelling to customer sites across the North East of England and Scotland to increase sales, give demonstrations and provide training on all machinery.
The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive will ideally have some experience in sales and an engineering background such as Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering / Manufacturing or similar.
Full training will be provided for this role.
Package:

• �30,000 - �35,000 OTE �60,000 +
• Uncapped commission

Responsibilities:

• Extensive travel to customer sites across the North East of England and Scotland to increase sales, give demonstrations and provide training on all machinery
• Increase sales and develop new business in the North East of England and Scotland
• Generate new leads through a CRM system
• Work towards sales targets and be responsible for managing your own diary
• Schedule meetings with new and existing customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through regular visits, teams meetings, phone calls and more

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Executive / Sales Manager or similar
• An engineering background such as Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering / Manufacturing or similar
• Willingness to cover the North East of England and Scotland
• Full UK Driving Licence
