What We’re Looking ForWe need a confident, experienced sales professional who knows how to spot an opportunity, build genuine relationships, and close deals. You’ll bring:
- Solid, demonstrable new business sales experience – this is essential
- Background in construction, building materials, waste management, or aggregates
- Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, and listening
- Outstanding organisational ability with strong territory planning
- Sharp negotiation and influencing skills

What You’ll Be Doing- Driving sales growth by managing and developing customer relationships
- Growing value within existing accounts and unlocking new business opportunities
- Seeking out new routes to market and expanding your territory reach
- Providing a consistently high level of customer service that sets us apart
- Using a consultative sales approach to demonstrate real value to your customers
- Acting as a trusted ambassador for the brand, feeding insights back into the business
