*Responsibilities:*
* *Deliver Engaging Lessons:* Plan and deliver inspiring Art and Photography lessons that engage and motivate students.
* *Utilize Resources:* Employ a variety of teaching resources and technology to enhance learning experiences.
* *Assessment:* Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support development.
* *Promote Creativity:* Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment where students feel empowered to express themselves.
* *Collaboration:* Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the curriculum and explore cross-curricular connections.
* *Extracurricular:* Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities, exhibitions, and trips to inspire and broaden students' artistic horizons.
*About You / Requirements:*
* *Qualifications:* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* *Experience:* Proven experience teaching Art and/or Photography at the secondary level.
* *Passion:* Genuine passion for Art and Photography with a commitment to nurturing students' artistic development.
* *Knowledge:* Familiarity with national curriculum standards and assessment requirements.
* *Skills:* Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage students of diverse backgrounds.
* *Safeguarding:* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
