ASB and Safeguarding Officer

We are looking for an ASB and Safeguarding Officer to join the team of a well established housing organisation.
This role is offering a hybrid position and immediate start.
ASB and Safeguarding Officer
Temporary
Mon-Fri/ 35 hours
Birmingham ( hybrid working)
�23-26ph paid weekly via umbrella
As an ASB and Safeguarding officer, you will be:

• Dealing with tenants in regards to reducing the risk of tenancy failure
• Managing a case-load of ASB, tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud cases
• Ensuring tenants receive good customer service and communication through out
• Making appropriate referrals to statutory agencies and other organisations
• Instigating tenancy enforcement and court action, working closely with the legal team

As an ASB and Safeguarding Officer, you will have:

• Experience dealing with tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud
• Previously managed your own case-load of ASB
• Investigated ASB and tenancy related issues
• Worked with vulnerable customers and enforcement of tenancy conditions
• Experience using the Northgate system
• A Full UK Driving Licence
