My client is nationally recognized as one of the top industry leading companies to work for in the South whilst also having accolades for its commitment to staff engagement. They are determined to expand their list of Asbestos Surveyors, looking for the best and brightest within the London area.

The company double in size over the past 7 years and aims to replicate it again by employing the best, paying them the best and providing them with everything needed to perform on site.

Experience requirements:

- All candidates MUST be BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualified with 7 years of industry experience

- Proven industry experience in asbestos surveying and air monitoring

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Sound knowledge of air monitoring, clearance testing and asbestos removal management

- Excellent knowledge of UK asbestos legislation

- Good IT skills and experience in using TEAMS systems

Common Duties for an Asbestos Surveyor:

- Accurate assessment of asbestos removal works, detection of asbestos debris and Analyst ensuring constant compliance with HSG 247 clearance test.

- Account management for specific clients.

- Communicating with clients and line managers to ensure the smooth running of site work.

- Processing of samples and generating final reports in a timely manner.

- Assisting in the training of less experienced team members.
