Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Level of experience: Asbestos Site Analyst to Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Basildon, Essex.
Salary / Benefits �24k - �42k + Training + Benefits
A leading and expert provider of Asbestos Services across the UK are now seeking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Site Analyst. You will be joining their expanding team in the South East region and working on a portfolio of Domestic, Commercial and Local Authority sites carrying out Asbestos Surveys and Site Analytical duties in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. Our client can offer opportunities to gain further BOHS qualifications and cross train into other environmental sectors alongside offering a competitive basic salary and attractive package.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: South Benfleet, Canvey Island, Southend-on-Sea, Rochford, Hockley, Billericay, Wickford, Chelmsford, Romford, Hornchurch, Rainham, Ilford, Barking, Erith, Dartford, Grays, Tilbury, Gravesend, Sidcup, Chatham, Rainham, Bromley, Orpington , Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Croydon, Enfield, Harlow, Bishop Stortford, Watford, Enfield, Cheshunt, St Albans, Harpenden, Luton , Bishop's Stortford.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding a combination of the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
" Will ideally have experience carrying out both surveying and analytical services.
" Will have experience working hands on for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Company.
" Up to date knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Communicating efficiently with clients and colleagues of all levels.
The Role:
" Carrying out 4 stage clearances, smoke, leak, background, reassurance, re-occupation and personal air testing.
" Conducting Management & Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys
" Producing certificates of re-occupation for clients.
" Working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines to carry out work safely.
" Producing reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Communicating efficiently with clients, providing them with excellent support and advice when required.
" Attending Domestic, Commercial and Local Authority client sites.
